I strongly believe that being centered, balanced is key for a healthy and happy life. I love mixing modern science and ancient wisdom. In this case, the Chinese concepts of Yin and Yang or the 3 doshas of Indian Ayurveda are some good examples.

It has taken me a lot of time, training, many life experiences and daily work to realize what balance is for me. However, because I'm not the same person in the morning or in the evening, on Mondays or Sundays, in Winter or Summer, yesterday or ten years from now, I am always listening to my body, mind and soul so I can give them what they need and maintain my balance.
